Fairbanks' Premier Middle Eastern Dance Troupe Specializing in Modern & Classical Styles of Belly Dance

Tundra Caravan was originally formed in 2001 under the direction of Terri Massa to educate and entertain audiences with Middle Eastern dance and music.  In 2002, Tundra Caravan started hosting annual 3-day dance workshops featuring the most sought after master instructors this country has to offer.  In 2006 after Terri moved to Colorado, the remaining members of the troupe extended their hands to the dance community, forming a student troupe where developing dancers can explore the art form while gaining performance experience.  Later in 2006, the troupe was restructured as a non-profit organization.  All money the troupe earns is put back into the organization to future promote the performance and education of Middle Eastern dance and music.  Today the troupe is co-directed by Souzana and Chandani under the guidance of its board of directors, all of who are members of the troupe.
